Our Summer 2024 Fish/Coral Swap will be held at the CK Newsome Community Center in Evansville, IN from 11am-2pm CENTRAL TIME.
There is a door entry fee of $5/person. Ages 16 and under are FREE! Early Bird entry at 10am for $10/person. Be an early bird to get the best fish and items before the crowd!
Twice a year, we host a large fish swap meet where hobbyists get together and swap/sell a wide variety of aquatic items such as coral, aquatic plants, fish foods, rocks, gadgets, tanks, filters, aquatic books, fish tales & who-knows-what-else! Our last event was held in the CK Newsome Community Center on August 5th, 2023 and it was a huge success!
While some sellers may accept electronic forms of payment and credit cards, we recommend bringing cash as well so you don’t miss out on any fantastic deals on some of the best fishy stuff you can find anywhere around here.

Seller Information
If you would like to have 1 or more tables at the event, please fill out the seller registration form. You may email for a copy of the form or to have any questions answered. After you submit the form, sign up and payment information will be sent to you with more details and information.
The cost of a table is $20.00 per table. In order to secure your table and guarantee your reservation, we will require payment in full as soon as possible, but no later than 2 weeks before the event. This includes a non-refundable deposit of $10.00. All tables reserved in the 2 week period before the show must be paid in full at the time of the reservation. No refunds will be given during this time. Sellers may begin setting up at 8:30am on the day of the swap.
